Holiday Inquiry/Request Form

***Please note when submitting this form, you are not placing an order. This form is used for inquiries/requests only and does not, in any way, guarantee you an order.

Holiday request forms must be placed 11:59 PM EST on Monday December 20, 2021 for Christmas. Any requests submitted after the specified date and time will be deemed as a rush order subject to a RUSH ORDER FEE, if accepted. All orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis and availability varies. All invoices must be paid in full before your order can be finalized and place on our production schedule.

Once we receive your inquiry/request, an associate will respond via email or phone call to inform you of our availability, gather any additional details needed and provide details or instructions related to payment. We generally try our best to respond to inquiries within 3-5 business days. Note our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

If you have an urgent request, do not submit a request through our website, please call us directly during business hours at 305-209-5479 to speak with someone or to leave a message.

*PLEASE NOTE: We are closed on Christmas Day, all Christmas orders must be picked up by 4PM EST on Christmas Eve Friday December 24, 2021.*Orders are NOT confirmed until an invoice is sent to you and payment is made in full. Once your invoice is paid then the order can be added to our schedule. When the invoice is sent to you payment must be received within 48 hours or your request will be cancelled. If an invoice has to be reissued due to lack of payment within the required time frame, then a $5 inconvenience fee will be added to the new invoice. Please note that by submitting payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed on your invoice so please review it carefully.
