***​Please note when submitting this form, you are not placing an order for a cake. This form is used for inquiries only and does not, in any way, guarantee you an order.

Ideally orders must be placed 3 weeks prior to your event to ensure availability. An extra fee will be added to any accepted last minute orders. All orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis and availability varies. A paid deposit is required to finalize any order and place it on our production schedule. ​

Once we receive your inquiry, an associate will respond via email or phone call to inform you of our availability, gather any additional details and provide details or instructions related to payment. We generally try our best to respond to inquiries within 3-5 business days. Note our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

​If you have an urgent request, do not submit a request through our website, please call us directly during business hours at 305-209-5479 to speak with someone or to leave a message.

We typically require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for all custom cakes/cheesecake and most custom cupcake orders. (Exceptions may be made for orders needed within the required 3 weeks but may incur an expedited fee of $10 - $50 depending on the cake/cupcake design/order size.)
